We're in the middle of video tasting a 1993 @Pahlmeyer Bordeaux blend. Used the Durand to get the cork out intact! Fingers crossed!

Opened this bottle last night with friends. Robert Pecota Kara's Vineyard Cabernet. Probably a 1991 since the label is toast and the other Kara's is a 91. Cork wet but not mushy. Tannins soft, good acid, restrained fruit & leather. Pleased with it but definitely past peak window.
